Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively participate in project design while overseeing their implementation, from planning to execution.
This position requires a combination of technical skills in architecture or engineering and project management to ensure quality deliverables on time.
Responsabilities :
- Prepare documents for tenders and bids for both commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct site surveys and adapt plans accordingly.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all stages of projects, from concept to execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources required to complete projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
- Supervise the execution of work on site to ensure that it complies with plans, standards and technical specifications.
- Oversee the execution of work done by the in-house team or that does not require a general contractor.
- Resolve any technical and operational issues that may arise during the work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, applicable standards and local regulations.
- Ensure that plans and technical specifications meet customer requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- College diploma (DEC) in architectural or building technology or equivalent training (an asset).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software or other design tools.
- Project management skills (organization, planning, monitoring schedules and budgets).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence (occasional travel to construction sites).
