Intern – Real Estate Services Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Operations team in the management of Groupe Accueil’s daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Processing certain customer service requests using the Building Stack software;
- Receiving, reviewing, and following up on tenant requests and complaints;
- Assisting with the coordination of repair work with contractors and suppliers;
- Contribute to the monitoring and follow-up of maintenance and upkeep activities for properties within the portfolio.
- Updating various tracking lists and administrative tools;
- Assisting with the follow-up of insurance claims and litigation files;
- Opening purchase orders;
- Supporting the processing and verification of invoices;
- Assisting the team with any other related administrative tasks, as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Position intended for a final-year student, preferably in business administration or a related field;
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility;
- Team-oriented mindset with solid interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with technology and common software tools;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive).
