Groupe Accueil is now using Building Stack. What is it for?
Building Stack is a property management platform that enables tenants and landlords to communicate more efficiently. It also simplifies all aspects of the rental process.
As a tenant, this software is a quick and simple communication tool you can use with your property manager at all times.
As a tenant, do I need to pay to use Building Stack?
No, if you’re a tenant, access to the app and all its features is completely free.
What are the main features for tenants?
Groupe Accueil’s Building Stack interface allows you to send maintenance requests, and even reserve a space, amenity, or service that’s available in your residential or commercial tower, if applicable.
Moreover, this software ensures all news and information from Groupe Accueil are immediately accessible with just a few clicks, so that you’re always up to date.
Access to the Portal
How can I activate my tenant account?
To activate your tenant account, you need to be a tenant in one of Groupe Accueil’s residential or commercial towers.
Normally, the property manager should send you a welcome email that will help you log in to the platform.
I received a welcome email. What happens next?
If you received a welcome email, this means you now have access to the software. Your landlord uses this platform to make your life easier and allow you to communicate directly with your property manager.
By clicking on “Activate your account,” you can choose a password and start to make the most of the benefits of Groupe Accueil’s Building Stack platform.
My property manager uses the software, but I haven’t received a welcome email. Why?
If your property manager uses the software but you haven’t yet received a welcome email, it’s possible that the email has been filtered by your email provider.
First, check your “Promotions,” “Spam,” and “Trash” folders, or any other folder where it might have landed.
If you still can’t find the welcome email, it’s possible that your property manager hasn’t sent it yet. Contact them to clarify the situation.
I haven’t received a welcome email. Can I still register?
Yes, even if you haven’t received a welcome email, you can still register for this software, provided you live in one of Groupe Accueil’s buildings.
To do so, go to the following link: “https://app.buildingstack.com/login?lang=en” and click on the “Activate your tenant account” button. Fill in the registration form to submit a request to your property manager, who can then add you to Building Stack.
You should receive a welcome email confirming that you’re now registered.
How can I access the tenant portal after registering?
Once you have completed registration, you can access the software from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
To do so, you can use the web application (https://app.buildingstack.com/login?lang=en) or download the Building Stack app directly to your device for one-click access.
Is Building Stack available on the Play Store or the App Store?
Yes, the Building Stack application is available on the Play Store and the App Store. You can, therefore, download it easily on any Android or iOS device.
My property manager doesn’t use Building Stack; can I still register?
No, it’s not possible to enjoy the benefits of Building Stack if you’re not a tenant in a building managed with this platform.
